New UPFA PC members to take oaths tomorrow

Councilors newly elected to the North Central and Sabaragamuwa Provincial Councils from the ruling UPFA will take oaths of office tomorrow (Sept. 04th), said NCP chief minister elect Berty Premalal Dissanayake.

 

The swearing in before President Mahinda Rajapaksa will begin at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo at 10.00 am, he said.

 

He said the provincial ministerial positions have also been finalized.

 

Mahipala Herath is the CM elect to Sabaragamuwa.
